Privacy Policy

Cyca is designed to be local-first and privacy-first. The app collects no personal data, uses no third-party analytics, includes no ads, and does not track you across apps or websites. Your cycle is yours alone.

Data stored locally

Your cycle history, period and flow logs, symptoms, moods, notes, forecasts, and app settings are stored on your device. Cyca has no servers and does not upload this content anywhere. Your health information never leaves your iPhone.

You can edit or delete your entries inside the app. You may also delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data, subject to normal iOS behavior and any device backups you control.

Health & cycle data

The cycle and wellness information you enter is used only on your device to power your calendar, predictions, and Daily Body Forecast. It is not collected by us, is not sent to any server, and is not shared with any third party. Cyca does not require Apple Health access to work; if any optional integration is offered in the future, it will be clearly explained and require your explicit permission.

Everything stays on your device

Cyca has no backend and no cloud processing. Predictions, insights, the Daily Body Forecast, and reminders are all generated on your device. The app works exactly the same in airplane mode. Predictions and forecasts are estimates for planning and wellness and should not be relied on as medical advice or contraception.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Cyca schedules them locally on your device. No notification content is sent to us or to any third party.

No ads, tracking, or third-party analytics

Cyca does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not build a profile of you.

Purchases

Cyca may offer a one-time lifetime Pro unlock through Apple's StoreKit. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Children's privacy

Cyca is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app or on this page.
