DailyMate Support

DailyMate is designed to work without an account. Most questions can be resolved directly in the app using the steps below.

Common questions

How do I change the language I am learning?

Open the Learn tab and use the language selector. This changes phrases and pronunciation without changing the app interface language.

How do I change the app interface language?

Open Settings, choose App language, then select a language or Follow System.

How do the three difficulty levels work?

Each of DailyMate's 14 topics includes 200 beginner, 200 intermediate, and 200 advanced phrases. Choose your level from the Learn screen and change it whenever you like.

Why is a pronunciation voice unavailable?

DailyMate only uses a system voice that matches the selected language, so it never substitutes an incorrect language. Install the matching Apple voice in iPhone Settings, then reopen DailyMate and choose it under Settings > Voice.

Can the Home Screen widget play pronunciation?

No. Use DailyMate on iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch to hear the selected system voice. The interactive widget focuses on viewing the current phrase, advancing to the next one, and saving phrases to your library.

How do I save a phrase?

Tap the round star on a study card, or tap the bookmark in the widget. Saved phrases are automatically grouped by topic and level.

How do I download DailyMate again?

Open the App Store with the Apple Account used for the original purchase, go to your purchased apps, and download DailyMate again. There is no subscription or separate in-app purchase to restore.
