with JSON Lines, Croissant 1.1, W3C CSVW and SKOS JSON-LD metadata.

Validation
----------
1. Verify checksums-sha256.txt.
2. Confirm ro-crate-metadata.json uses the RO-Crate 1.3 context and descriptor.
3. Parse the JSON-LD with the pinned official context.
4. Confirm all hasPart paths exist and match their byte lengths and SHA-256.

Scope
-----
This package contains reference data and standards metadata. It does not contain
audio, learner records, accounts, analytics or tracking. Publication does not
assign a DOI, register a repository deposit, certify the crate or prove ingest by
an external service.
