Start work at the same time every day. Your brain associates location and time with 'work mode'. A dedicated desk helps.
Before opening your inbox, write your 3 most important tasks for the day using Sono Note's voice-to-text.
Launch LockHour Pro, block social media and messaging apps, and set a 45–90 minute deep-work block.
During the block, blocked apps show a Screen Time restriction. Don't override it — the friction is the point.
After each block, take a 10–15 minute break away from your desk. Don't check social media during the break either.
If you receive any physical documents during the day, scan them immediately with Scanto rather than letting paper pile up.
3–4 blocks of 45–90 minutes per day is typical for knowledge work. Total deep-work time of 3–5 hours per day is sustainable long-term.
Schedule specific windows for checking messages — e.g. 9am, 12pm, 4pm. Outside those windows, keep the blocks uninterrupted.
Schedule calls at the boundaries of work blocks (start or end), not in the middle. Breaking a deep-work block to join a call resets your concentration.
