For Lumi Math Planet.
The app stores your child's game progress — the planet they have built, unlocked areas, collected space friends, stars, scores and settings (such as music and voice volume) — only on your device, using on-device local storage. This information is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and it is removed when you delete the app. An optional "export backup" button lets a parent save a copy of this progress as a plain text file; that file is created locally and goes only where you choose to send it (for example, your own Files app). We never receive it. App 僅在裝置本機（on-device local storage）儲存孩子的遊戲進度（已蓋好的星球、解鎖區域、收集的太空朋友、星星、分數，以及音樂／語音音量等設定）。此資料不會傳送給我們或任何第三方，並在你刪除 App 時一併移除。家長可用「匯出備份」按鈕把進度存成一個純文字檔，該檔案在本機產生、只會送到你自己選擇的地方（例如你自己的「檔案」App），我們不會收到。
Lumi Math Planet does not collect, use, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no behavioral profiling, no analytics, no attribution, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Our App Privacy label on the App Store is therefore "Data Not Collected." 「Lumi 數學星球」不蒐集、不使用、不傳輸、不販售、不分享任何個人資料。沒有帳號、沒有登入、沒有廣告、沒有行為分析、沒有數據分析、沒有歸因、也沒有任何第三方追蹤。因此 App Store 上的隱私標籤為「未蒐集資料（Data Not Collected）」。
The app is built with the open-source Expo and React Native frameworks (including their standard on-device modules for audio playback, text-to-speech, haptics, local storage, and language detection). It contains no advertising, analytics, attribution, social-media, or crash-reporting SDKs — for example, no Google AdMob, no Firebase Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no Sentry. These framework components run locally to display the app and play sound; they do not collect, transmit, or sell your child's personal data, and we have no third-party partners that receive any data from this app. 本 App 以開源的 Expo 與 React Native 框架開發（含其標準的本機模組：音訊播放、語音合成、觸覺回饋、本機儲存、語言偵測等）。不含任何廣告、分析、歸因、社群或當機回報 SDK——例如沒有 Google AdMob、沒有 Firebase Analytics、沒有 Facebook SDK、沒有 Sentry。這些框架元件僅在本機運作以顯示畫面與播放聲音，不會蒐集、傳輸或販售孩子的個人資料；我們也沒有任何會收到本 App 資料的第三方夥伴。
The paid edition of Lumi Math Planet has no in-app purchases. The free edition (Explorer) is free to download and includes a single optional, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the full app; you can restore it on a new device at any time. All transactions are handled entirely by the Apple App Store — we never receive or store your payment information, card number, or Apple ID. There are no subscriptions and no ads in either edition. 「Lumi 數學星球」付費版沒有任何 App 內購買；免費版（探索版）可免費下載，內含「一個可選的、非消耗型」App 內購買，用於解鎖完整版，並可隨時在新裝置還原購買。所有交易完全由 Apple App Store 處理，我們不會收到或儲存你的付款資訊、信用卡號或 Apple ID。兩個版本都沒有訂閱、沒有廣告。
The app is designed for children (around ages 5 to 8). Because it collects no personal information at all and contains no third-party ads or tracking, it complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR-K. Actions that lead outside the app (such as rating, sharing, or the support link) are placed behind a parental gate. 本 App 為兒童（約 5 到 8 歲）設計。因完全不蒐集個人資訊、且無任何第三方廣告或追蹤，符合美國 COPPA 與歐盟 GDPR-K。任何會離開 App 的動作（評分、分享、支援連結等）都設有家長關卡。
The app requests no sensitive permissions (no camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or notifications). Audio playback and text-to-speech run entirely on the device. The system Share sheet is only invoked when a parent taps "export backup." App 不要求相機、麥克風、定位、聯絡人、照片或通知等任何敏感權限；音訊播放與語音合成皆於裝置本機運作。只有在家長按下「匯出備份」時，才會叫出系統分享面板。
