Legal
Applies to both Lumi Bopomofo and Lumi Bopomofo Pro.
The app stores your child's learning progress (unlocked characters, stars, tones heard, and settings) only on the device. It is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is removed when you delete the app. App 僅在裝置本機儲存孩子的學習進度（已解鎖的字、星星、聽過的聲調與設定）。此資料不會傳送給我們或任何第三方，並在你刪除 App 時一併移除。
The optional Export / Import feature saves the progress file to your own device / Files app, in a location you choose. We never receive or store this file. 選用的「匯出 / 匯入」功能會將進度檔存到你自己的裝置／檔案 App，位置由你決定，我們不會收到或保存該檔。
The free edition offers an optional one-time "full unlock" in-app purchase; all transactions are handled by the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your payment information, card number, or Apple ID. The Pro edition contains no in-app purchases. 免費版提供選用的一次性「完整解鎖」內購，所有交易皆由 Apple App Store 處理。我們不會收到或儲存你的付款資訊、信用卡號或 Apple ID。Pro 版本身不含任何內購。
The app is designed for children (around ages 4–7). Because it collects no personal information at all, it complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR-K. There is no behavioral advertising and no third-party data sharing. 本 App 為兒童（約 4–7 歲）設計。因完全不蒐集個人資訊，符合美國 COPPA 與歐盟 GDPR-K，沒有行為廣告，也沒有任何第三方資料分享。
The app requests no sensitive permissions (no camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or notifications). Audio playback and text-to-speech run entirely on the device. App 不要求相機、麥克風、定位、聯絡人、照片或通知等任何敏感權限；音訊播放與語音合成皆於裝置本機運作。
