Mask My File Privacy Policy
Mask My File is built to protect files without ever collecting them. No account is required, and the app carries no advertising, tracking, analytics, or content-upload service.
Face detection only marks image regions for you to review. Mask My File never identifies people, builds a biometric or identity template, uploads face data, shares it, or keeps separate face data.
Apple processes the optional lifetime purchase and restore through StoreKit. Mask My File uses no VPN, NetworkExtension, proxy, tunnel, DNS filter, or network routing of any kind.
You control what stays
Originals are never overwritten. Temporary workspace files, saved projects, Placeholder Vault mappings, and Private Session data remain only as each feature explains. Delete them in the app or remove the app to wipe its local container.
