Support details (English)
Tap Run a Check for a bounded connectivity diagnosis. Deep Check adds independent endpoints and stability samples. Check a Website compares one destination with healthy baseline endpoints. Results identify the most likely issue and provide ordered repair steps; they do not claim to scan nearby networks, inspect other devices or change router settings.
If the current Wi-Fi name is unavailable, grant When In Use location access in Settings or continue with the generic network label. Diagnosis still works without that permission. For help, include the device model, iOS version and the visible evidence rows, but never send a password.
