When the layout has white margin or gap space, non-overprinting cut marks stay entirely outside every photo. The photo is decoded and laid out only inside the current browser tab; the tool has no upload, account, storage or analytics.
Before printing, compare the selected dimensions and the original photo with the issuing authority's current rules. Print at 100% or Actual Size and measure one finished crop with a ruler. The UK requires printed photos to meet additional professional-standard rules, while Canada requires passport photos to be taken by a commercial photographer, so this independent layout cannot guarantee acceptance.
