Apple Vision OCR, barcode and QR recognition, feature prints and NaturalLanguage classify and search screenshots on the device.
Face ID · Sensitive
Face ID uses Apple’s system to guard the Sensitive category. ShotInbox does not identify faces or create biometric profiles, and Sensitive previews are hidden when the app is inactive or in the background.
Widget · Share · App Group
Widget and Share use the local App Group. Portable backups contain identifiers, categories, states and rules—not original screenshots, full OCR text, detected actions or feature prints—and restore only assets still present in Photos.
PhotoKit · StoreKit
Virtual organization does not change Photos. Actual deletion requires your explicit selection and PhotoKit’s system confirmation. Optional purchase and restore are handled by Apple StoreKit; ShotInbox does not receive payment details.
