Privacy Policy

LockHour Pro is designed to protect your time, not collect your data. We built it to be private by design. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly how it works.

The short version

• No account. No sign‑up, no login, no profile.
• No ads. The app is never funded by advertising.
• No tracking. No analytics SDKs, no third‑party trackers.
• No cloud. Your data stays on your device — we have no servers that store your data.
• No content monitoring. We never read your messages, browsing, video, or app content.

Data we collect

We do not collect, sell, or share any personal data. LockHour Pro does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks.

Data stored on your device

The following stays on your iPhone (and, where you enable it, in your private iCloud‑backed app container) and is never sent to us:

• Your settings, selected theme, and language.
• A privacy‑preserving summary of your blocked selection (counts only — e.g. “3 apps · 2 categories”).
• Your focus session history and the stats calculated from it (durations, streaks).

You can erase all of it any time in Settings → Reset all data.

Screen Time permission

LockHour Pro uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs (Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity) only to shield the apps you personally select, and only during focus sessions or schedules you create yourself. The system mediates this with privacy‑preserving tokens:

• The app receives opaque tokens, not app names, identities, or any content.
• LockHour Pro does not collect, log, or transmit any Screen Time data.

Purchases

The optional one‑time unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple’s privacy policy governs that transaction.

Children

LockHour Pro is a personal self‑control tool. It is not a parental‑control or monitoring product and does not provide remote supervision of another person’s device.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the date above and post the new version on this page.
