Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 2026

PicClear Pro is built to help you clean up your photo library while keeping your photos private. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.

1. Photos and videos stay on your device

PicClear Pro analyzes your photo library on your device using Apple frameworks such as Vision and PhotoKit. Your photos, videos, thumbnails, and scan results are never uploaded to our servers. We do not operate a cloud photo processing service.

2. No account, ads, tracking, or analytics

PicClear Pro does not require an account. The app does not include ads, tracking, third-party analytics, or third-party SDKs for advertising or profiling.

3. Local app data

The app may store counts, basic scan statistics, preferences, and settings locally on your device so the app can work smoothly. This data is not used to identify you and is not sent to us.

4. Deleting photos and videos

PicClear Pro only deletes items after you review them and confirm the action. Deleting uses Apple Photos behavior: items are moved to Recently Deleted, where they may be recoverable for a limited time according to Apple Photos.

5. Purchases

PicClear Pro is free to download, scan, and preview. A single non-consumable, non-subscription In-App Purchase called Full Unlock enables deleting. Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

6. Reset all data

You can erase local PicClear Pro data from within the app by opening Settings → Reset all data. This removes local app statistics and settings. It does not delete your photo library.

7. Children’s privacy

PicClear Pro does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date.
