Does Snapport guarantee my photo will be accepted?

No. Photo requirements vary by country, agency, and application type. Snapport provides common templates and guides — it does not guarantee acceptance and is not affiliated with any government. Always review the official requirements before submitting.

Which templates are included?

Snapport includes common templates for the US, UK, Schengen/EU, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, Canada, Australia, India, plus ID card, student ID, resume, and work badge photos.

Can I create a custom size?

Yes. You can create custom sizes in millimeters, inches, or pixels, with any DPI.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Snapport processes photos on your iPhone with Apple Vision, person segmentation, Core Image, and PDFKit. There is no account, no cloud processing, no ads, and no tracking.

What is Check for Template Updates?

It is optional and user-initiated. When you tap it, Snapport downloads a public JSON list of common photo sizes and sends no personal data.

What export formats are supported?

Snapport exports JPEG, PNG, and PDF, and can create print-ready 4×6, A4, and Letter sheets with cut guides.

Is Snapport a subscription?

No. Snapport is paid upfront US$4.99, with no subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads, and no tracking.

Which devices and languages are supported?

Snapport is iPhone-only and requires iOS 17 or later. The website and app support English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
