How can we help?

Mochi DoneStamp for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch

How do I record an event?

Tap the round tick button on an event card to record the current time. A brief "Undo" action appears at the bottom. Touch and hold the same button to choose an earlier date and time.

Why did the next reminder move?

Every rhythm restarts from the actual completion time. If you finish three days late, the next reminder starts from that new time instead of keeping an outdated schedule.

Why am I not receiving reminders?

Open the event, choose "Event Settings", confirm that it has a rhythm and that "Remind me" is enabled, then check iOS > "Settings" > "Notifications" > Mochi DoneStamp. The app only asks for permission after you turn on a reminder.

How do I restore Lifetime Pro?

Open "Settings" in Mochi DoneStamp, choose "Mochi DoneStamp Pro", and tap "Restore Purchase". Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable purchase, not a subscription.

How do backups work?

With Lifetime Pro, choose "Export" in "Settings" to create a complete JSON backup with event history and selected photos. Keep that file somewhere you trust. To restore it, choose "Import" and then choose "Merge with current data" or "Replace current data".

How does Family Sharing work?

Open an event, tap the people icon, and choose "Share with Family". Apple presents the invitation and participant controls. Photos are never included in CloudKit sharing. You can manage participants or stop sharing from the same event.

What can I do on Apple Watch?

The companion app shows events synced from your paired iPhone. Tap the tick button to record an event from your wrist. Changes are sent to the iPhone and the most recent event list remains available during a temporary disconnection.
